Adding a Program or Application to Toolbar
In SYSPRO 6.1 if you need to customize the toolbar button to perform an activity, you have to copy from an existing button and then change the function from the existing one to the new function you need to perform. In SYSPRO 7 a new function “Add New Button” has been added against the toolbar customization. Allow Cosmetic Changes for Engineering Change Control
There may be times that when you make changes to the operations of an ECC controlled item, there is no need to change the revision/release number because this has no impact on the end product. In SYSPRO 7, an option “Allow cosmetic changes” against ECC has been added. With this option selected, when applying BOM changes to an affected item, the program will check whether cosmetic or significant changes have been made against the BOM. Read more »
